HBOS the bank of crooks and despot regimes gets fined almost 2 billion dollars which about 4 weeks profit
Why is it not just shut down and those account owners that are respectable law abiding and decent people transferred to another bank of their choice.
Getting a bit fed up with bad people in banks just paying a fine with their customers money and carrying on until they get caught on another fiddle.
They are not too big to fail
