BED ROOM TAX

I have recently become aware of the new spare bedroom housing benefit fine for council tenants.  If you have more bedrooms than your needs ? you lose benefit    I just cannot believe it that the nasty party have got the cheek to treat poor people like this ... If it was proposed to increase council tax for owners that have more bedrooms than they need there would be a revolution.   Have we lost the ability to be shocked
